About Us

Mike Haynes, our President and Founder is a native Texan—born in Houston and raised in Kingwood.  He has been a construction enthusiast from an early age on with every aspect of creating, building, and designing homes.  Mike proudly served his country in the United States Navy and enjoys precious family time, traveling, watching and participating in sports, and meeting new people.  Mike's true pride and joy is his wife Jen and their daughter Natalie.  Jen is a retired teacher and EMT.  Natalie graduated from Ohio University, moved to Chicago, and worked as a hospice music therapist for five years.  She now works in client experience at a Chicago based law firm.
